CitiAct - IOT Application Using Crowdsourcing Technique by REDtone IOT Sdn Bhd

REDtone IOT Sdn Bhd is one of the subsidiary of REDtone International Berhad that was recently setup to develop and offer Internet of Things (IOT) solutions. This newly startup company has recently launched a Smart City application called CitiAct (the download links are shown below). It's a citizen engagement application that provides a better communications channel between the citizens and the governments.

This solution is quite unique because it offers the capability for citizens to be notified instantly the status of all the reports they have already posted using CitiAct. This avoid the question of "what happen to my complaints?".
